Delete your Street Eats Official account

How to request deletion

1. Open Street Eats Official on your phone and sign in.
2. Open your profile (the account icon).
3. Open Help & Support, then choose Delete account.
4. Read the consequences, type DELETE, and confirm.

If you own a truck organization, close the membership and permanently delete the archived organization first. Cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions in that store. Deleting the Street Eats account does not cancel store billing by itself.

What is deleted

When deletion completes we remove your sign-in, profile, favorites, device push tokens, and team access. Truck photos, menus, and other listing content tied only to that account are removed from the live app.

What may be kept

We may keep limited financial, fraud-prevention, audit, and legal-hold records where the law requires it. Those records are kept only as long as needed for that purpose, then deleted or stored without identifying you. Typical payment records are retained up to seven years where tax or accounting rules apply.

If you cannot use the app

Email socials@eatonthestreets.com from the address on the account. We will verify ownership before deleting. Requests are processed within 30 days.
