HOUSTON (October 7, 2026) Book a Truck, the catering platform from Street Eats, goes live at 9 a.m. CST today. Street Eats is the disabled veteran-owned food truck app from Buhrn Technologies LLC. People can download Street Eats Official on iPhone and Android, see a participating truck live on the map, and book that truck to cater a party, a wedding, or an office lunch.

Hosts and guests have asked for years for a simpler way to book catering. Quotes get lost. Prices change after a yes. The day of the event turns into an argument with no shared record. Over the past 18 months, Street Eats built Book a Truck around those complaints, using the same habits people already expect from a modern booking app. A guest messages the truck in the app. The truck writes the quote. The date is booked when the deposit is paid. The chat, the price, and the day stay on one booking.

A truck on the app can be found while it serves, then requested for a later event. Street Eats does not sell leads and does not charge a truck to send it customers. When a quote is accepted, Street Eats keeps 4.99% of that quote, paid by the truck, with a $10 minimum. There is no monthly lead fee and no paid ranking. Guests pay the quote plus processing and applicable tax shown at checkout. Street Eats does not cook the food and does not set the menu price.
