Where does the truck park?
Tell the truck about the driveway, street parking, gate width and any HOA or neighborhood rules. The truck confirms what works. Local rules and permits still apply.
What if my plans change?
The cancellation rule is the one the truck chose, and you see it before you pay. If you cancel after the deposit is paid, that rule decides the food refund. Card processing is not returned.
What if the truck does not show up?
If the truck does not check in and you report a no-show after the event starts, you get back everything you paid, card processing included. If the truck did check in, Street Eats reads the thread instead of refunding automatically.
Does Street Eats set the price?
No. The truck writes the quote, including any travel or site charges. Street Eats keeps the record and moves the money.
